The Dietrich School’s Office of Graduate Studies is partnering with the Office of Diversity and Inclusion to offer two educational sessions for graduate students. “A Campus of Difference” is a curriculum developed by the Anti-Defamation League, whose mission it is to fight hate, build hope, and safeguard liberty. A microaggression workshop will enable participants to identify microaggressions, their impact on the recipient, and response strategies. The workshop will also explore ways to be an ally of marginalized groups. The anti-bias session will introduce participants to concepts and language that assist us in understanding what bias is and how it affects us.
